What is included in a Professional Translation?
When we provide you with a Professional Translation one of our translators will provide an accurate translation of your document which will correctly convey the true sense and meaning of the origin text. This is suitable for a number of purposes but it may not be suitable for some legal purposes for which we would recommend a Certified Translation.
What kind of documents can I submit for a Professional Translation?
We will accept documents of any kind, length or subject matter for Professional Translations. We work with a number of translators who are skilled in specific subject areas who will be able to provide the correct terminology and colloquialisms for your chosen text in the target language.
How do I place an order?
All customers will need to create an account, then you will be able to upload the document that you wish to have translated onto the translation portal. Select what language you want the translation to be translated into as well as the deadline that you need it by you will then receive a no obligation, no fee quote. If you wish to proceed with the translation then you pay the agreed amount and the document will be sent to you within your specified timeframe.
How long will it take?
There are three different delivery options available which you will select when you upload your documents for translation. These are: express delivery which can be completed on the same business day, 24-hours and standard delivery which is 3-5 days. These delivery times all come with different costs, which will be clearly highlighted to you when you receive your quote.
What is a Certified Translation?
Certified Translations refer to documents which have been translated word-for-word and are certified for certain legal, business or any other authorities process. Depending on the purpose of your translation, you may be asked to provide a certified translation and we will be able to do this for you.
What can I use a certified translation for?
Certified Translations are suitable for many uses, but they are most often used for the translation of official paperwork or legal documents where it has been requested that a certified translation be prepared. How will I know when my translation is ready?
Your translation will be delivered within the time frame that you have specified for it. As soon as your translation has been completed then it will be emailed to you as a word document which you will be able to amend and make revisions to alongside your translator if this is required.
